Exelent and flavorful chicken,for a non chicken lover like me, was beyond amazing. Non greasy as Popeyes or KFC. I really recommend this place to eat.

This was our first time coming here but let me tell you, it was delicious! We had an amazing meal and everything was great. My wife is from Guatemala, so she had high hopes for this place being that it’s originally from Guatemala. When we went to Guatemala, we tried a Pollo Campero over there, and it tastes exactly the same! The chicken is fresh and very tasty. The flavor is great and the chicken is cooked to perfection. Their Horchata and Mango juice are one of a kind. They taste so tropical and very good. The fries are not so greasy and are a perfect side to accompany the chicken. Their empanadas are also delicious and the perfect size. The plantains were nice and sweet and their Mac & cheese was very good. The chicken sandwich was amazing and had plenty of flavor. The Pollo Campero sauce is a must have with any meal. It tastes amazing and is great for dipping your chicken or fries. The yuca fries were very good and very crunchy. We enjoyed the food from here and can’t wait to come back again soon.

I will give 5 stars across the board for what it is. This falls under fast food, not fine dining. That being said, it was fantastic. Ordering at the counter was very fast and efficient. We ordered for a group of 6 and the food was out in less than 5 minutes. The chicken was hot and delicious in both fried and grilled. The sides were well made and brought to the table with everything we would need. The dining room was kept clean and tidy and the seating was comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Street parking may be tricky and it's at a busy intersection, but it was a great detour away from a long, busy drive.

Whenever we go to Costco, we are always looking for where to have lunch and usually just go home and eat something, since it is difficult finding something quick but tastes good. We decided to give this place a try and were very happy. The chicken was very moist and the flavoring was just right. We got the grilled chicken instead of fried. It seems fried chicken is more popular, since almost everyone was eating that. The sides were good as well. We got the rice, French fries, plantains, and mac and cheese. We also ended up buying some to take home for the rest of the family. The fact that they have grilled chicken as an option is great. Look forward to going here again next time we are in the area. Only negative is the parking in the back is limited and street parking seems to be challenging.

Great food! Great service! I asked if I could switch one of the fried breast to a grilled breast and the manager was kind enough to just give me a grilled breast at no charge. Thank you! Will definitely be coming back

I recently made an order over the phone and the person who assisted me (male voice) was incredibly kind and friendly. Although I've been to this establishment before, I must say that on this particular occasion, the level of service exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the food was excellent.

Let me say! As a business Owner myself i am amazed on an establishment as Pollo Campero. I arrived from a trip and really craved Chicken and french fries. I stopped by Pollo Campero and was greeted by a beautiful and welcoming Cashier. I asked for her name i think it started with a D. She was very efficient and polite when i spoke with her. Other employees did not speak english but also had great energy! I was handed my food almost immediately after order . WOW!! the place is nicely decorated and the food was great! YUM!
